Located in Cape Cod’s desirable “Lower Cape” area, Orleans is about a thirty minute drive from both Hyannis, the commercial center of the Cape, and Provincetown.

The Orleans Holiday Motel includes 45 deluxe rooms in two buildings. The motel is two stories conveniently circling the parking area and a king-sized outdoor pool.
